Welcome to Let's Eat! and www.letseatdinner.com (the "Website"). Let's Eat Dinner, Inc. and its affiliates, including its franchisees (collectively "Let's Eat!") make our Products, Events, Services and Website available to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE, ATTENDING ANY EVENT, ENTERING ANY LET'S EAT! LOCATION AND/OR USING LETSEATDINNER.COM. By making any purchase, attending any Event, entering any Let's Eat! location and/or using our Website, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein and that that these Terms and Conditions create a legally binding agreement between you and Let's Eat!.
PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Thank you for visiting Let's Eat! and we hope that you thoroughly enjoy the experience and our delicious meals. We welcome any comments that you may have regarding this Website, our Products, Events or Services. We are confident that you will thoroughly enjoy your Let's Eat Event while creating and providing healthy meals for you and your family. To assure the safety of you and other patrons while participating in one of our in-store sessions, we ask that you agree to the following rules:
- Frequently wash hands
- Wear gloves when appropriate
- Pull back long hair
- Use utensils provided to assemble meals
- If you are sick, please reschedule your session or arrange to have your meals assembled for you by one of our Let's Eat! team members
Let's Eat! asks that you protect you and your family by agreeing to the following.
- Immediately freeze all meals when you arrive home.
- Follow all cooking and preparation instructions that are labeled on your meals. When appropriate, use a food thermometer and follow internal temperature suggestions.
- Thaw all meals completely either in the refrigerator or immerse in cold, running water for no more than 2 hours. Of course, please be aware that certain packaging should not be exposed directly to water, e.g., aluminum with paper lids.
Some Let's Eat! store locations serve complimentary wine. Please drink responsibly, moderate your consumption and use a designated driver.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By purchasing any products, registering for and/or participating in any session, service or other event provided, hosted, promoted or otherwise associated with Let's Eat Dinner, Inc., its affiliates or franchisees (collectively, the "Event"), you hereby agree to the terms and conditions of this Limitation of Liability.
FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF MY PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT, I HEREBY AGREE THAT I SHALL NOT ASSERT ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR LIABILITY ADVERSE TO LET'S EAT DINNER, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, EMPLOYEES OR FRANCHISEES ("LET'S EAT!"), FOR ANY ASPECT OF THE EVENT.
I UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT I WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR, AND ASSUME THE RISK OF: THE FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES WHICH I EMPLOY DURING THE COURSE OF THE EVENT; ASSEMBLED FOOD AFTER BEING REMOVED FROM THE LET'S EAT! PREMISES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FREEZING AND REFRIGERATING OF THE FOOD.
FURTHER, I DO HEREBY AGREE WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO FULLY RELEASE LET'S EAT! FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, AS WELL AS INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS LET'S EAT!, ITS AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES AND FRANCHISEES AND THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND EMPLOYEES FROM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES I SUSTAIN, OR THAT ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH OR CONNECTED WITH ME IN ANY WAY MAY SUSTAIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OR DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM MY PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES; PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT; ENTRY TO A LET'S EAT! STORE, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF LET'S EAT! OR OTHERWISE. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO EACH AND EVERY PURCHASE, EVENT, SERVICE AND WHEN I AM ON THE PREMISES OF ANY LETS EAT! LOCATION.
Food Allergies
Ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. Please ask your local Let's Eat! store for help with any food allergies.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Waiver/Severability

Disputes

The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
