Sales Process
1. Review franchise information on www.letseatdinner.com
Many of your initial questions will be answered by the information provided here.
2. Complete "Franchise Questionnaire"
Please complete our Franchise Questionnaire available on our website to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary criteria and your market is available, a Let’s Eat! Franchise Sales Associate will be in touch with you within 2 business days.
3. Initial phone call
During your first call with a Let’s Eat! Franchise Sales Associate, we will discuss the Let’s Eat! Franchising Program. A few additional key topics that will be addressed include your motivation for starting your own business, your business background and market of interest.
4. Receive marketing collateral and application
After you have spoken with one of our Let’s Eat! Franchise Sales Associates we will confirm that your market is viable and e-mail to you marketing collateral and an application to become a Let’s Eat! Franchisee.
5. Return application
The application tells us that you are serious about the opportunity and it will also give us a clear picture of your financial and managerial plans.
6. Receive UFOC
Upon receipt of your completed application, we will mail you our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). The UFOC further defines the relationship between us - the Franchisor (us) and the Franchisee (you). It is a legal document that has the documents that you will sign to become a Let’s Eat! Franchisee attached as exhibits thereto.
7. UFOC Conference Call
Within two weeks of your receipt of the UFOC, we will contact you to schedule a UFOC Conference Call. This call will give you the opportunity to ask any questions that you may have about the UFOC or the exhibits attached thereto. If you plan to review the UFOC with an attorney, or have specific legal questions, please submit your questions in writing prior to the call.
8. Discovery Day!
Your Discovery Day should be held within 30 days of your UFOC Conference Call. Discovery Days are held at our corporate headquarters in Tampa, Florida. You will have the opportunity to tour our corporate location and one of our Let’s Eat! locations, and spend time with our founders to learn more about the Let’s Eat! Franchising Program. Any remaining questions will be answered at this time.
9. Signing
If we feel that you are a great Franchisee candidate, we will send you a formal written offer, including your assigned market. The signing may be done remotely and does not require a trip back to our headquarters in Tampa, Florida.
10. Post-Signing
Immediately following your execution of the Let’s Eat! franchise documents, you will be posted as a “Coming Soon” location on our website. You will thereafter receive your Let’s Eat! Operations Manuals and will be assigned a field consultant who will be one of your guides through the opening process, training and on-going support. Our Building and Design team will immediately begin assisting you with your site selection. Additionally, you will be provided a lease negotiation checklist. Once you are in the final stages of your lease negotiation our in-house legal counsel will review the lease and provide comments or final approval. Support , support, support is our mantra at Let’s Eat! Once you execute your franchise documents, our entire team will be there to support you every step of the way!
