Your First Step
The first step to owning a Let's Eat! store is to complete our Franchise Questionnaire. The questionnaire may be completed online or be printed and returned via fax to 813-639-7501. A member of our franchising team will contact you within 48-72 hours upon receipt of your completed Franchise Questionnaire to discuss with you.
Let's Get Started!
Our success is dependent on your success! We provide a minimum of 8 days of training and assistance with your grand opening activities, as well as continued, ongoing support. We make ourselves available for consultation, and maintain a telephone and email “hotline” and other means of communication for informational assistance. Among other benefits, we provide:

The franchisee is responsible for:
- Initial franchise fee
- Finding location(s)
- Leasehold improvements

What are the franchise fees and costs to get my store up and running?
The initial investment cost ranges from $161,000 to $310,500. This includes the $25,000 franchise fee and $500-$1,500 for onsite expenses.
How long does it take to open a Let's Eat! store?
After signing the Franchisee Agreement, it usually takes from 3 to 6 months to open your location, depending on the specific site. We expect you to use your best efforts and work diligently to open your store within 6 months of the signing date of your Franchise Agreement.
How are the territories determined?
The location of your store must be approved by our corporate office. Your territory will consist of a specified limited geographic radius surrounding your store. The size of your territory is generally dependent upon the population density and shopping trends of the community where your store is located: The greater the density, the smaller the territory, and vice versa.
Where do I get my weekly supplies?
We have a relationship with a high quality national wholesaler, to provide franchisees the benefit of volume purchasing as well as other approved suppliers.
Do you have any personal financial requirements?
As a single-unit franchisee you must have a net worth of at least $350,000 with $50,000 in liquid assets and an excellent credit history. As a multi-unit franchisee, the same dollar figures apply per number of stores you develop.
Does Let's Eat! provide financing?
As a franchisee you are responsible for securing your own funds to open and operate a Let's Eat!
What are the ongoing fees?
Your basic royalty fee is 6% of your gross sales. In addition, you must invest a minimum of $1,500 of gross sales to local advertising. The system marketing fund fee is an additional 2% of your gross sales. A $5,000 media expenditure is required for your Grand Opening.
What will the money contributed to the system marketing fund be used for?
The system fund is used on public relations, advertising and marketing materials to help generate awareness of your store. Promotional materials include, but are not limited to, direct mail, brochures, radio and public relations provided by our advertising partner. The fund also contributes to maintaining the Let's Eat! website. You will be provided with these materials periodically at no additional cost.

We want your store to be a success, which means getting the word out about this exciting new concept! A combination of grass-roots marketing, direct mail, radio, public relations and other marketing efforts is imperative to educate your community about the amazing new services your store provides and the value Let's Eat! will add to the quality of their everyday lives.
How much money can I make owning a Let's Eat! franchise?
Due to federal regulations, we are not able to provide estimates of net profits. However, we will gladly coordinate a telephone call with one of our franchisees who can provide some historic sales and food and labor cost figures to assist you in building your business plan.
